COVID-19 shipping statement
As we here at Shakerwood Woolens and Pine Dale Woodworks try to do our part in the fight against COVID-19, we will be shipping orders only on Tuesdays and Fridays to minimize the number of times we need to leave the house. Thank you for understanding.
A word about ordering hand-dyed wools .....
At this time, we do not custom dye wools. However, we will be happy to match a swatch that you send to us through snail mail as closely as possible. We cannot match colors from a picture that has been sent to us electronically or by a verbal description. We have over 120 colors at our disposal and am sure we can find something to fit your needs. The color-matching is at our discretion. If you are not satisfied with the match we made, please see the Return policy below.
Please allow 3 - 7 business days to ship.
Shipping is free with orders over $75.00 with the exception of Pine Dale Woodworks thread boxes (please see thread box description)
Orders under $20.00 will be charged $5.00 for shipping.
Orders from $20.00 to $74.99 will be charged $8.00 for shipping.
If the actual charges are less than stated, you will receive the difference either by Paypal or credit card (depending on how you paid).
Because we understand that hand-dyed wool colors show differently on different devices, we will allow returns. Please contact us within 7 days that you wish to make a return. Orders will need to be returned to us within 14 days. All products must be in their original, un-cut condition. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was processed incorrectly. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exclusion: Because of copyright laws, patterns and books are not returnable. Kits that include patterns or books may be returned but the pattern or book included with the kit may not be returned or refunded.
